The 2023 Health Savings Account (HSA) limits for HDHP (High Deductible Health Plans) have been released by the IRS. The individual annual limit will be $3,850 ($3,650 for 2022) and the family will be $7,750 ($7,300 for 2022) for family coverage.
HDHP plans for 2023 will have an annual deductible of not less than $1,500 for employee only coverage and $3,000 for family coverage and out of pocket annual expense maximum (includes deductibles, co-payments and other amounts, but not premiums) that do not exceed the annual limit of $7,500 for individual and $15,000 for family coverage level.
