Effective July 22, 2014 the Department of Labor (DOL) has announced an increase to Health and Welfare dollars from $3.81 to $4.02 for Service Contract Act (SCA) contracts.
The new rate is in effect for any contracts awarded on or after July 22, 2014. For contracts already in existence the increase will go into effect at the contract anniversary date.
