EEO-1 Report

Federal EEO-1 Reporting Is Now Open

The Annual Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)  report is due on Tuesday, May 17, 2022.  Be sure to visit EE0-1 Component 1 for updates regarding filing and other relative information.

Employers  Must File  an EEO-1 report if they answer YES to any of the four (4) items listed below:

  1. The company  (at all locations combined) employs a minimum of 100 people.
  2. Through common ownership, or centralized management with other entities in an enterprise, the company has a combined employee total of at least 100.
  3. The company has 50 or more employees, and has a federal government contract with any of its establishments worth a minimum of $50,000.
  4. Any company  establishments a federal government contractor that serves as a depository of government funds, or a financial institution that is an issuing and paying agent for U.S. Savings Bonds and Savings Notes.

If you answered NO to all four of the items listed above, you do not need to file an EEO-1 report. If you are unsure about the answer to question 2, we recommend you speak with an attorney.
