Minimum wage increases on July 1, 2022.
- $14.00 an hour for employers who have 1-10 employees
- $14.50 an hour for employers who have 11-50 employees
- $15.65 an hour for employers who have 51 or more employees
- $14.50 an hour for employers who have 11 or more employees who are tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3)
- $4.00 an hour for base wage employees that are tipped will stay the same
If home health services or community/home-based services are provided with employers that have 11 or more employees and receive gross revenue that is at least 75% with Medicaid the hourly wage will be $14.50
