The Office of Information Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) has announced that EEO-1 reporting for 2017 activity will not include pay data. The revised EEO-1 data collection format will not be used. Employers who are required to report will use the older version of the EEO-1 data collection template that includes race and gender information only.

The report due date has not changed; it will remain March of 2018.
