To all participants of C2’s 2019 Health Care and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts:
As of January 15, 2020, you have 15 days left to submit receipts for reimbursement of allowable expenses incurred through December 31, 2020 All reimbursement requests must be submitted no later than January 30, 2020.
To receive reimbursements, you must complete an FSA Request for Reimbursement Form located on C2Connection and attach copies of receipts to submit online. Or you may submit the form and copies via email, mail or fax to C2 FSA Administrator. Detailed instructions are found on the form.
